Parents on PlusBoda enroll their child with their school, get confirmed by the school, and from then on see the child's actual bus — live driver-on-the-road status, GPS during runs, and records of the child boarding and leaving the bus. Address changes are school-approved, and guardians can be added by secure invite.
From enrollment to every-day visibility
You enroll your own child with the school in the app; the school confirms the enrollment before the child reaches any bus — no child rides on an unvetted record. Once confirmed, the child's van appears in your Parent view with its photo, driver and seats, and lights up live the moment the driver starts the run.
During the run, school staff mark each child on the bus, off the bus, and dropped at home — so what you see reflects what has actually happened. If your family moves, the address change is logged, the school is notified, and it takes effect only when the school approves it.
More than one guardian
Families aren't one person. PlusBoda's guardian invites let a parent add another guardian by a secure, single-use invite link — the grandmother, the aunt, the older sibling who does the Thursday pickup — each with their own account and their own view of the child's bus.
Quick questions
Can both parents track the school bus?
Yes — guardians are added by secure single-use invites, and each guardian gets their own live view of the child's bus.
What if we move house?
You request the address change in the app; it is logged, the school is notified, and it applies only once the school approves it.
Can I see other buses at the school?
No — each family sees only the bus their own child is currently on. Fleet-wide views are for school admins.
