How do I track my child's school run?+
Open PlusBoda and switch to the Parent view. When the run is active you’ll see the vehicle move on a live map, and each child marked picked-up and dropped-off, stop by stop. You’ll get an alert before the vehicle arrives.
Are there any payments in the app?+
No. PlusBoda has no in-app payments. The app is purely about coordination and safety — live tracking, pickup and drop-off visibility, and driver verification. Any fares are arranged directly between riders and drivers, outside the app.
How are drivers verified?+
Every driver submits a profile photo and a government ID, which our team reviews and approves before they can join the fleet and carry riders or pupils. Verification is required, not optional.
How does a school partner with PlusBoda?+
Schools work with us to run accountable, observable transport — every run, vehicle and child visible to the school and to families. Email hello@plusboda.com to set up a partnership.
Why does PlusBoda need my location?+
Location powers the core of the app — finding nearby drivers, setting your pickup, and letting guardians and schools follow an active trip in real time. You can turn off location sharing in the app’s settings or your device settings at any time.
Who can see a child's information?+
Only the people who need it for safety: the child’s own guardians and their partner school. A pupil’s details are enrolled and controlled by their parent/guardian or school, and are never used for advertising or sold. See our Privacy Policy.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your PlusBoda account and its associated data at any time:
- 1Open PlusBoda and go to your profile.
- 2Tap Settings → Delete account.
- 3Confirm. Your account and associated personal data are removed.
Prefer us to do it? Email hello@plusboda.com from your registered address and we’ll delete your account within 7 days.
Using PlusBoda
PlusBoda is a transport-safety and observability platform for adults — parents and guardians, partner-school staff, riders, and verified drivers. Children do not use the app directly; a pupil’s information is managed by their guardian or school. By using PlusBoda you agree to use it lawfully and to keep your account details accurate.
