How do I track my child's school run?+
Open PlusBoda and switch to the Parent view. When the run is active you’ll see the vehicle move on a live map, and each child marked picked-up and dropped-off, stop by stop, with an alert at pickup and at drop-off.
How do I pay?+
In cash, to your rider or when your order arrives. You see the price before you book. PlusBoda points can take part of a ride off, and drivers keep 100% of every fare.
How do I know who is picking me up?+
Before pickup you see your rider’s name, face and plate. During the trip you can follow it on the map, share it live with anyone in one tap, and reach SOS from the trip card.
How does a school partner with PlusBoda?+
Schools work with us to run accountable, observable transport — every run, vehicle and child visible to the school and to families. Email hello@plusboda.com to set up a partnership.
Why does PlusBoda need my location?+
Location powers the core of the app — finding nearby drivers, setting your pickup, and letting guardians and schools follow an active trip in real time. You can turn off location sharing in the app’s settings or your device settings at any time.
Who can see a child's information?+
Only the people who need it for safety: the child’s own guardians and their partner school. A pupil’s details are enrolled and controlled by their parent/guardian or school, and are never used for advertising or sold. See our Privacy Policy.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your PlusBoda account and its associated data at any time:
- 1Open PlusBoda and go to your profile.
- 2Tap Settings → More settings → Delete account.
- 3Confirm. Your account and associated personal data are removed.
Prefer us to do it? Email hello@plusboda.com from your registered address and we’ll delete your account within 7 days.
Using PlusBoda
PlusBoda is for adults: riders and buyers, sellers and businesses, drivers, parents and guardians, and partner-school staff. Children do not use the app directly; a pupil’s information is managed by their guardian or school. By using PlusBoda you agree to use it lawfully and to keep your account details accurate.
