Adding a vehicle is what earns Driver mode, and it comes with checks at both layers. The driver verifies their identity. The vehicle must be photographed, and the photo is verified automatically — a selfie, a toy, or a car submitted as a boda is rejected with a plain-language reason. Cars carry passengers in an enclosed space, so they clear a higher bar: a driver profile photo and a photo of the actual car, both required before the car can go online, and both shown to the rider on accept.

Presence that can't be faked
The drivers you see on the map are live, verified accounts publishing their own GPS — presence is keyed to the account, so nobody can broadcast themselves as someone else.
