Download PlusBoda, add your vehicle — boda, tuk-tuk or car — and complete verification: your identity, plus an AI-checked photo of the vehicle (cars also need a driver profile photo and car photo). Once verified you go online and take rides and deliveries; customers pay you directly in cash, MTN MoMo or Airtel Money.
Setup, in minutes
The Driver mode in PlusBoda is earned by a vehicle: add yours in the vehicle garage and it unlocks driving. Every vehicle photo is checked automatically to confirm it shows a real vehicle of the kind you claimed — a boda for a boda, a car for a car — and identity verification protects your account and your passengers alike.
Then go online. Your presence is published live to riders near you, incoming requests show the pickup distance, and the first driver to accept wins the job — the race is transaction-safe, so a job can't be double-assigned.
What driving is like
Rides and delivery jobs open a full-screen turn-by-turn map with the route, a live ETA banner and automatic re-routing. Reaching a pickup flips the trip to "arrived" automatically — no button-hunting in traffic. Deliveries appear on a jobs board the moment a seller accepts an order, and each one closes with a handoff photo that protects you as much as the buyer.
You earn from rides and deliveries, and everything you're paid is paid to you — customers hand you cash or send mobile money directly. Beyond driving, schools on the platform hire staff drivers for their bus runs, onboarded by role codes from the school's dashboard.
Quick questions
What vehicles can drive on PlusBoda?
Boda bodas, tuk-tuks and cars. Cars must add a driver profile photo and a photo of the actual car before going online.
How do drivers get paid?
Directly by the customer — cash, MTN MoMo or Airtel Money. PlusBoda doesn't hold your money.
Can I do deliveries as well as rides?
Yes — a deliveries board shows open jobs; the first driver to accept gets the job, and every delivery closes with a photo proof of handoff.
