How booking works in Gulu
Set your destination and PlusBoda shows your options — boda, tuk-tuk, car or a taxi seat — each with its fare in shillings and its arrival time. Pickup times come from the riders who are actually online near you; if no boda is nearby yet, the app says so instead of promising one.
When a rider accepts, you see who is coming: their name, face and plate, and their rating. The map shows them on their way to you, and the app tells you when they've arrived.
