The arrival times aren't a marketing guess — they're computed from the nearest driver actually online near you, and if no boda is nearby yet, the app tells you that instead.
When a rider accepts, you see who is coming — their name, rating and their real vehicle photo when they've added one — and the map tracks them all the way to your pickup. GPS confirms their arrival automatically.
